Dual Occupancy, Loftus

This very challenging site has realised its potential. The owners had a goal of creating a dual occupancy that could become a home for them and another home for their family. The shape of the site is a long and very sharp triangle. Through careful design and efficient use of space we were able to provide 4 bedrooms and 2 living rooms in Lot A and 3 bedrooms and 2 living rooms in Lot B. The north facing balconies provide great natural light with cross ventilation possible from the south all the way through both dwellings.
