Our Process

Our process begins with an initial phone conversation to understand your goals and vision. We then meet you on-site to discuss your ideas in more detail and assess any potential constraints or restrictions that may need to be considered.

Once we have a clear understanding of your property and desired outcome, we provide a detailed fee proposal outlining the preparation of the necessary drawings and documentation for approval by the relevant regulatory authority.

After commencement, we present the first concept design, allowing you to visualise your ideas combined with our design input. From there, we collaborate closely to refine and evolve the design to ensure it meets your highest expectations.

Throughout the process, we engage with trusted external professionals, such as Surveyors, Engineers, and Certifiers. Finally, we handle the submission of your application to the relevant authority and remain your point of contact throughout the approval process.
