Sitting next to the escarpment with ocean views, the location is amazing. The transformation from a square, red brick house has been even more impressive.
Externally it looks like a new home but changing the flat roof to a high pitch also allowed cathedral ceilings which has made a dramatic change internally. Full of natural light and capturing the sea breezes, it now boasts 2 additional bedrooms, a new rear balcony and an inground pool. The kitchen moving downstairs completed the makeover as it flows outside to the entertaining area. Needless to say, the proud owners are very happy!
